For years we’ve heard that we need to be sending video emails as part of our OSC process and I too have done that. I’ve even witnessed where it was a reason someone was given a low score on a shop or annual review. Not enough videos they were quoted.
If you like making video email - keep on doing it! But I’m willing to bet you might be feeling a little timid about it. Maybe you aren’t sure how to incorporate it. Or maybe it doesn’t seem to have the impact everyone says it does.
