When did your OSC lore begin?
Well, mine might have started somewhere around 2016 when I saw several OSCs take the stage and talk about what and how they did. From there I was hooked. A few months later I was sending my sales report to my team and notating that between the prior Friday and Saturday I had averaged 100 some odd calls each day.
We know this is kind of a weird role and finding and celebrating wins can be awkward. So when we do get to win, it feels really good. Those winning moments carry us through all the muck we often deal with.
