The old (and I mean old) line we’re used to hearing is that an OSC can handle around 150 new leads/month. Some will say a skilled OSC can handle up to 250-300 new leads/month.
As you can bet my answer to this question is going to be a version of “it depends”.
There’s never a one-size fits all approach to builders sales because builders are made up differently.
A lead for an on your lot builder in Lasso versus a lead for a production builder in Salesforce or a lead for a local private builder with waitlists in Hubspot are all very differently approached leads.
Their interaction with your company is designed differently - because of product, scale, and CRM.
Automation will be how you make more leads manageable but that comes with careful planning and testing.
