In our monthly Bulletin we briefly discussed the end of Q1 being upon us and for a lot of folks it hasn’t been awesome. Of course there’s lessons to be learned and adjustments to be made, but let’s go through an OSC checklist to review exactly what you need to accomplish in the next week to finish Q1 and get ready for spring market.
For Subscribers: Break down the last full week of the quarter with me on a micro scale. We’ll go from beginning to end making sure we look at all the items we manage so that we can put the bow on Q1 and move to Q2.
Monday: Leads
We’re going to follow the funnel with our audit. The first task is to pull a list of all of the leads created between Jan 1 and today. Review them for the following information:
Correct rating
Correct follow up process assigned and delivering
