For someone new to the role or this concept, “pulling a list” is a way of segmenting your leads into an easily accessible and “workable” way.
Think of it like a spreadsheet for your CRM, where you can take action on each lead’s profile. This incredibly vital skill often gets overlooked and what it really tells me is how well you know your database and where to find leads.
